With rules. With rigidity. <\/span>In practice, the opposite is often true.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nA lack of structure drains energy. It creates fatigue. It ensures that your business only functions as long as you<\/em> are holding everything together. <\/span>Structure doesn\u2019t mean regulating your business to death. <\/span>It means making conscious decisions once \u2013 about how emails are handled, how appointments are planned, where information lives, and which processes repeat.<\/span><\/p>\nStructure creates orientation and calm.<\/strong> <\/span>And it is the foundation that allows your business to grow without constantly pulling you along.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
